Is your company ready for a call from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)? In response to the recently released Strategic Enforcement Plan (SEP) for fiscal years 2017-2021, has your HR department reviewed and analyzed the EEOC's substantive priorities? Have you updated your employee handbook, your policies on anti-harassment, non-retaliation and employee compliance procedures? Have you initiated training for your supervisors and employees on the updated anti-discrimination policies? Have you reviewed and updated your on-boarding and hiring procedures?

If the answer to any of the foregoing questions is "no", then you do not want to miss our June program, which will feature top EEOC attorney, Corbett Anderson, who will address the SEP, the key employer mistakes that get the EEOC's attention, and the cases involving employers that crossed the line, as well as what your company can do to avoid unwanted attention from the EEOC.

    Learning objectives:

    • Review the critical components of the EEOC's SEP
    • Learn the components of EEOC investigations and subpoena enforcement actions
    • Review pending litigation filed by the EEOC
    • Discuss significant EEOC settlements
    • Unpack -critical issues faced by employers and step your business can take to protect themselves
