    Join us Thursday evening for a celebration dinner you won’t forget!    

    Thursday evening welcome dinner at 7 p.m.   

    WSHRC meeting time:  8:30 a.m. –  4:30 p.m.  

    WSHRC happy hour:  4:30 – 5:30 p.m.

    Book via travel agency!

    Recommended flight times: 

    Thursday, July 21st arrive to Spokane by 6 p.m. (this will give you time to get to hotel, check in and get picked up for 7 p.m. dinner)

    Friday, July 22nd get on the  6:30 or later flight (this will give you time to enjoy happy hour and get to airport)

    Oxford suites will provide complimentary airport shuttle.
