8am-12pm-WSHRC Board meeting

12pm-1pm Working Lunch

1pm-5pm Volunteer Leader Boot Camp (all executive committee members & Chapter Presidents need to be available for this part of the meeting).  If you are not able to attend in person, please contact Roshelle Pavlin (rpavlin@dademoeller.com).

• Chapter Presidents: Please be prepared to share the following information during the meeting:

1) You will be meeting one on one with each Executive Board member on the State Council. Please talk to your board and find out what they want to know, what they need help with or best practices they'd like to share.

2) The dates for your upcoming meetings and events that are set for the year so far. This way we can start coordinating who can attend which events or meetings.

• Executive Committee: Please be prepared to share the following information:

1) Send Roshelle (rpavlin@dademoeller.com) an update on the status of your initiatives (http://wastatecouncil.shrm.org/sites/wastatecouncil.shrm.org/files/2016%20Initiatives.pdf).

2) Decide what information or input you want from all the chapters as you will be meeting one on one with each Chapter representative in the morning.

• Last but not least, remember we are having a St. Patrick's Day themed meeting so remember to wear your green.  If you are in the spirit of the holiday, dress for the St. Patty Day's Costume Contest!!
