Gallups research shows an astounding 2.6X increase in earnings per share of organizations with an engaged workforce. One of the questions in the Gallup 12 used to determine this is, "Does the mission/purpose of your company make you feel your job is important." Most organizations start and stop with a mission/purpose statement and fail to unlock the magic of taking that which is abstract and turning it into "concrete" results. Arthur Schopenhauer, a German philosopher, stated "The task is not so much to see what no one has yet seen, but to think what nobody yet has thought about that which everybody sees." Former HR professional Andy Fujimoto, CEO of AmeriBen/IEC Group with 600 employees and average growth of 15% per year for 30 years, will share his insight into the unseen vital and strategic ties between mission, vision, purpose, values, and behaviors as you further engage workforce.

    Learning objectives:

    • Create original insights on employee engagement through different perspectives
    • Identify new HR insights on galvanizing company culture through different perspectives
    • Identify techniques to transform your organizations abstract concepts into greater concrete results by tying mission, vision, and values into engaged behaviors and increased productivity.
