    If you are traveling from out of the area and need to reserve a hotel room for the night before the meeting, we have a block of discounted rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites  that are $98/night.  You must reserve your room by 1/10/16 to get the discounted rate.

    • Click on "Add special rate codes" after the red arrow
    • In the "Group code" box, enter WHR
    • Then click on the red "Check rooms and rates" button

    There is an airport shuttle available, just make sure they take you to the Hampton Inn located on 28th Avenue South in Seatac.

    Breakfast is available at the hotel prior to the meeting.

    If you are attending the meeting in person, be sure to review the lunch menu and include your selection when you register.  All lunch orders must be submitted by 6:00 a.m. on 1/20/16.
